The host was lovely, very genuine and welcoming, very clean, fab location, hopefully see you again soon
The owner is lovely and attentive. The property was in a good decent location. Served great breakfast and snacks.
Breakfast was fantastic, all 6 of us received our food quickly and it was hot.
View was wonderful, the youngest grandson loved watching the trams.
Family room was very spacious.

Location. And ease of use of trams. We stayed to watch the Blackpool airshows and found it to be so much easier to park outside the hotel and then jump on a tram and back to the shows. The hotel is in a nice area too, with a few bars and lovely restaurants nearby. Much cleaner area than Blackpool itself. Our room was spotlessly clean too with a lovely view of the sea. Our bed was comfy and the tea and coffee facilities were great. Our host, Sharon, waswelcoming, friendly, and helpful. Lovely breakfast included too.
