Great location for central Darlington. Spacious accommodation, well equipped, good value, easy admin.
Everything was clean and tidy and lots of space in the house. There is a secure garden to park your car round the back. It is a 2 minute walk to the town center so very close for shops. Any questions or queries I had the landlord always replied back within the hour

Great location for Darlington town centre & train station, plus good location as a base for trips out
Off road parking good for peace of mind. Citroen Grand C4 Picasso- 7 seater so big car & I just managed to reverse it through the roller door into the rear parking port with great care as you can't get straight outside so need to come in at an angle, I'm talking 2 to 3 inches to spare either side with side mirrors folded in, all round parking sensors, & reversing camera, so if you're not too confident or have a car any larger you'll need to park in the side street. This size restriction IS NOTED in the listing info however.
Very reasonable price for whole house with 3 bedrooms.
