Very quiet in a garden near town center.
Great breakfast
Love the location, free car parking, close to the university. Comfortable bedrooms with comfy beds hot powerful shower.

Great hot powerful shower with free Noble Isles body wash, shampoo and conditioner, very clean bathroom. good quality towels, comfortable bed. Coffee machine in room, fresh milk in fridges on each floor. Great to see that they have added an extra member of staff at breakfast less chaotic, such a lovely relaxing breakfast this morning. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We stay here every time we come to visit our son who is in Uni. We have stayed here over the past 5 years. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Room was very comfortable and quiet. There were robes available, which I always appreciate. Breakfast was delicious and portions were great.
