What went well was the room and the stay. Although it was for one night it was really comfortable and we had come from a very long journey so we felt very refreshed for the price as well!

We were greeted by the lovely Joseph, Joseph is very professional and an absolute pleasure. We were giving a great room on the top floor. Room lovely and spacious, clean, good WiFi and Air conditioning. Good selection of toiletries and great location.

Excellent location near Newcastle's central train station with a great buffet breakfast with hot and continent choices.
