Stayed for two nights was in a family room which was very spacious clean plenty of coffee and tea selection in the room choice of restaurants was good and if you had children with you the evolution restaurant would be great plenty of shops around with more being developed so will be back to see what's new next to wildlife park which took a full day staff in whole were friendly and professional
Beautiful room overlooking the Wildlife park, comfortable room, plenty of space, good beverages and toiletries. Very friendly, helpful staff
A real smart hotel with a lovely room. Compliments the brilliant Wildlife Park in every way. Comfy beds, good access and a no-fuss check in system. This hotel has been really well thought out and we were very impressed with an eight-month old in tow.
Lot of choices when you want tea and coffee and hot chocolate and free biscuits very nice touch.
Clean rooms great facilities. Friendly staff and the rooms are modern and comfortable.
