I loved the location and I do have a favourite room I love to stay in. When it is Vacant.

Staff where friendly and explained everything plus free parking

The staff were excellent. Could have had more towels or accessable spares. Pillow was good. Beautiful park across the road. The right distance from the city centre

We stayed in room 4 on the ground floor! On arrival, the gentleman was polite and curious, The reception area was well maintained and easy process. The room had a good-sized double bed, window looking out to the courtyard, and plenty of chairs for two of us The complementary biscuits were a nice touch with the cup of tea. The bathroom is generous on size on suite with good-sized shower and decor is to high standard It's definitely worth the price paid.

Had to book High Bank at last minute (we were let down at last minute by AirBnB), really nice hotel, very helpful staff on arrival, nice clean room with an excellent shower...if this hotel was in Headingley you'd be paying double.
