First of all, I thought I was staying at the Hilton so that I could walk to Terminal 4. I booked the wrong Hilton but they helped me make the best of it. Upheaved to an executive room. Help arrange taxi for 4:30 am. The bar/lounge on the second floor was awesome especially my sever. I left him a big tip. I also like the layout of the bar/lounge area. Also my bed was super comfy!!!

Staff was so friendly. Great transportation to the airport. For a mid grade hotel I was surprised how nice everything was. Room was awesome and the bathroom was huge.

Comfortable rooms, food and service in the lobby area while waiting to check in was great. Staff were nice albeit slightly standoffish when we arrived so early. We did half board and the meal inclusions were good. Breakfast buffet was decent. We also had access to the executive lounge with drinks and snacks which was nice. Handy for a one night stay or to relax during a layover. Approx 10-15 mins to the airport, we were departing from T3 and this was a handy location with access to Uber or hotel shuttle.

The breakfast was good The dinner was Excellent: the cook deserves praise! Front desk person was very attentive to our needs. We appreciated his courteous and thoughtful approach to us.
