Stayed here for 3 night ti attend family funeral, staff were very friendly,hotel was clean and tidy,location was great,the only problem for us was restraunt menue on an evening,not much choice, but luckily over the road was a great place to eat,we even had extended check out until 2pm free of charge because we had late flights,over excellent hotel,would recommend,

Great hotel. Great location as shops and restaurants are very close by. The room itself was spacious with tea, coffee, hair dryer, coat hangers. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Great for the price

The location is very close to the Belfast airport and the staff was nice and gentle and the room was nice and clean. We stayed for a night after a flight from Faro and was check-in was very smooth.

My stay was absolutely wonderful , Everything was perfect from the cleanliness and comfort to the outstanding service and location. I would like to extend my gratitude to Annuranjana and Ariadne for their professionalism and attention to detail in ensuring our satisfaction, Thank you for making my stay unforgettable and I look forward to returning soon.

Fish and Chips dinner was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. Cheerful staff, nice cold Smithwick's bottled beer.
