Location was ideal, because we arrived by train. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.
Nice clean room. Good value with breakfast included. Will definitely use again.
I booked as a venue to hold a conference. The staff I dealt with were all friendly and helpful, particularly Barbara at reception who was exceptional. She really did everything she could to help on the day, came up with ideas to solve our last minute problems and genuinely made the difference between a good experience and a great experience.
Good location, with woth friendly helpful staff, great value for money.
Breakfast was exceptional. Full English breakfast bar plus fruits, cereals. Great coffee/espresso machine. Small but nice bar (beer/wine/spirits). In house restaurant was just what we needed at the end of a long travel day. Staff helped us in every way. The front desk has a direct line telephone to A2B Taxi service (very accommodating taxi company). We highly recommend this hotel.
