Double bed big enough for two large people to sleep without waking up each other. Lift access to upstairs room and room sufficiently large. Two older people over 65y. Reasonably close to parking. Overlooking large park area with oyster catchers feeding on the grass for worms. Good location if needing stop over on the A1 driving north.
Good facilities and very comfortable quiet room, staff very friendly and helpful. Pleasant surroundings and reasonably quite considering near airport and main road of A1.

Adam in the restaurant was so lovely, went the extra mile for us and was so good friendly and good with the kids
Size of room was super for a family of four. Beds comfortable and room temperature was perfect - some hotels can feel hot and uncomfortable.
Great space in bedroom for 3 people.
