The rooms were spotless, service was tremendous and the staff as friendly as you could ask for!
Hope Street Hotel is an absolute gem in the middle of Liverpool. The staff were warm, helpful and welcoming and showed great pride in the hotel and in the city at every turn. Common areas are unbelievably beautiful/minimal and the hotel itself is surrounded by great dining options and is just a short walk to anything we wanted to explore in the city. Our room was inviting and offered us everything we could hope to have during our stay (including more space than we expected for an economy room). We truly felt like we were on a special vacation during our time at Hope Street Hotel and we are so grateful to the staff team for making it such a wonderful stay for us!
