We had a lovely stay at Hotel No5. It was on the sea front but our room was at the back, I booked it very late. Our host Hayley was lovely, attentive and nothing was a problem. The breakfast was excellent, not too much as we had table service for our first morning the rest of the time was buffet, and there was a good selection for all tastes. The bed was very comfortable, there was a proper wardrobe not like many hotels where you get a small cupboard or a rail and there were plenty of proper coat hangers. Lots of draw space too. Lovely en-suite bathroom. The car park was safe and secure. It's only a small team but the hotel is well run and organised. Shout out to Hayley's breakfast assistant, can't remember her name. We were a nice walk from the town centre and the pier along the sea front. We would certainly consider staying again in the future.

What an amazing place to stay! The attention to detail was second to none! The room was superb, so clean and comfortable. Highlight was the coffee machine. I mentioned that we were visiting for a special birthday and the room had been decorated so beautifully. The breakfast was delicious. Continental and full English available with eggs cooked to order. We had perfectly poached eggs. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Looking to book our next get away here!

This hotel is such a gem and I'm so happy I found it! I had no trouble parking on the street just around the corner, and from the second I arrived, Hayley was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. It's within easy walking distance of Venue Cymru and the town, and it was a lovely place to come back to after being at the theatre. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated. I had a single room which was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. There was so much attention to detail, even down to the selection of teas and coffees in the room. I didn't get a chance to try out the lounge or the drinks on offer but it all looked so tempting! Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, and beautifully presented. I couldn't resist the fruit bowls, and the buffet cooked breakfast was so tasty - easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! I'll definitely book again the next time I need to stay in Llandudno :)
