I'd become stuck in B'ham overnight as trains back to London ended earlier with some engineering worls for the Sunday. So having gone online your hotel came out best. The booking in was seamless The free wifi worked well The bed was very comfy The shower was very refreshing at night and in the morning The full English was very nourishing and tasty having fresh porridge too!

The location was great. Very friendly staff, very clean, and quite pleasant.

Location to venue (Eastside Rooms), ease of parking.....absolutely perfect for what we needed. Able to eat in the bar which was handy as we were on a tight schedule.

It was great as others have mentioned. It is a bit strange being in the university. It’s also a bit of a maze. Staff and breakfast nice and good quality. Highly recommend.

Our check-in was the most welcoming and friendly check in I've ever experienced. Made us feel very at home. At first I was worried about the potential noise from the road, but closing the window blocked it out completely.
