Staff was super friendly, the hotel was really nice and it was pretty central. We walked Hyde park and to City of London . Very comfortable! I recommend it.
Location is fantastic. The room was small but had everything I needed.
Proximity to the places we wanted to visit. Was within walking distance or a short Uber ride to sites. Was able to store luggage before checkin and after checking out.
One of the staff is nice. because there's no lift, so he helped to carry all our suitcases upstairs. the location is very nice, close to the tube
