The bed was large and comfy!! Especially after a week on a rented narrow boat, it was wonderful!
Very good central location in Falkirk. A very comfortable large bed. Supplied an iron and ironing board when we asked for it. A basic but usable kitchen area.
The room was clean. Helpful and friendly staff just an email or phone call away. In addition, my wallet, with all my cards in it, was stolen at Hong Kong airport last Sunday night as I waited to travel. The staff arranged to collect cash from me, which was very kind.
Rooms were good size and equipped with necessities
It was quick to book on short notice for me and the boys from work as we decided to stay in falkirk instead of travelling back home . The staff were lovely and friendly over the phone and I don't have any complaints whatsoever. If we're ever working again in Falkirk we will definitely be staying again.
