Clean and easily accessible. Great location to see the London Sites. Bob W was very quick to response with questions.

Room was too small but they moved us to bigger room after 2 nights. If you travel alone it would be probably enough for you the small room but not for the couple. It was a construction going on on a first floor when we arrived and it was a bit frustrating because we wanted to sleep after the night flight.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything about this hotel is perfect! We choose it mainly because of its location. It's one of the safest and most posh in London. The room is clean, cosy with a small kitchenette. There's a lot of detail provided in the bedroom such as ironing board, clothes hanger, extra toilet papers etc. We would stay here again in the future.

Improve quick customer service response particularly late @ night

The staff is very kind, and the self-check-in and keyless access are great. Everything at the room was clean and it is well equipped with everything one could need, including an iron, hair dryer, mini fridge, and microwave. The shower was very nice too. I also loved the location, as it is in a nice street in Kensington, close to a tube station from Picadilly line, so you can get very easy to many places.
