Although I was apprehensive at first, staying here having read the numerous negative reviews regarding cleanliness. (I have my own personal experiences ; having stayed a few times prior) I recieved assurances from the management team that all the issues previous guests had raised have been rectified. This proved accurate. The apartment was immaculate - hygienic/ clean/ well stocked. New bedding/ towels in abundance. Tea/ coffee/ preserves/ milk / cereals provided. Shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel provided. Two smart tvs to be able to access Netflix etc. The (gated) driveway was accessible at all times. Any minor issues were responded to almost instantly- even though I was staying over the Christmas period (including Christmas Eve- Boxing Day) All staff involved were attentive - well informed. I am truly pleased they have addressed all that needed to be and I look forward to future stays.

This is my third stay this year. I invisge it being an ongoing place to stay whenever I am in London. The host is exceptional. Location is ideal for my needs. The appartment has everything required for a comfortable stay with family.
