I stayed here with my family of 5 adults for my aunts wedding. Mario was a great host. He allowed us to check in early as we had to get ready for a wedding. He sent me a video of how to use the key code which was very helpful on arrival. The place was clean and exactly as described. Fully equipped. The apartment is very cosy and in a great location right by the beach. Mario answered all our questions promptly. Wifi down the side of the bed in the bedroom & there is an airbed available if there are more than 4 guests.

Friendly owner, possible check in early and check out slightly later helped us a lot. Really nice flat. Will be back for sure

The apartment was very spacious and very modern in a safe area. New kitchen supplied with boiler, toaster , oven and everything you need to cook and eat. We managed to cook for 2 days in a row. Bedroom was big with two double bed and a sofa bed. They provided an iron and iron board, hair dryer and also travel cot that I requested for my little one.

Location was great very close to train station and Pier .

It was neat, clean tidy and we liked how modern it was and it was close by to clacton pier, amusements and restaurants. The children also enjoyed their stay.
