First, I found the area to be quite peaceful and serene, with a pleasant absence of noise.
The bedrooms, kitchen, and lounge were all aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. In my opinion, it offered good value for the price.
Our host was very friendly and very helpful. The properly was exactly what we needed and in a suitable location for where we needed to get to (city centre for a dance show my youngest was in). We just needed somewhere to stay overnight as it was too early a start to get to the Hippodrome in time otherwise. The high st nearby has some good cafes and restaurants (10 mins walk). The beds were comfortable and the appartment was nice and clean. Wifi signal was good. Parking was available.
The host, Carine, was great but everything as the property was straight forward anyway. Heating, Wi-Fi and finding everything. Lovely and clean, nice sheets and towels. I would stay again.
It was a very spacious house with everything you needed
The location was perfect as we were attending the University Open Day just 15 mins away. The city centre and other locations in & around Birmingham were also easily accessible.
The property was clean and cosy and had everything we needed with plenty of space for a family of five, with the extra bonus of an off road parking space.
