Great location very comfortable lovely friendly staff

The room was comfortable and the beds were so comfortable to lay on and I had a good night sleep with, The breakfast is a buffet style so help yourself and that was amazing and tasty

Breakfast was very good! Lucy should get a pay raise and she did not ask us to say that! Location was good because we had a seminar at your facility and I liked that it was near the shopping mall. I liked that we could open the window for fresh air. The staff was very helpful for our extra requests for bedding.

I found the location good as the hotel was easy for me to find I have stayed in Leonardo hotels in the past that had some mild issues with cleanliness hairs being left in the bathtub presumably from the last guest but happy to have had no such issues in this Leonardo hotel good housekeeping and level of cleanliness, I found the facilities of the room to be generally good good size bed that for some reason felt a bit more comfortable than at the other Leonardo hotel I've stayed at before, price seemed reasonable.

This place is in the centre, so handy for everything. The room is a good size with a comfy bed. When it is hot they will provide you with a good fan. Breakfast is very good, and Lucy in the restaurant each morning is just an absolute treasure. I am disabled and travel alone...they always look after me here. Excellant staff all round!
