Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent and couldn't do enough for you making it a very pleasant stay. Very clean room with excellent facilities. Nice hot showers, very clean bathrooms and an excellent selection of toiletries.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and quality. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
The hotel has a friendly yet relaxed atmosphere. It is clean in all areas and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom offers a tub and shower over, with good toiletries. The higher ticket rooms offer a much later check out than others which is ideal on a Sunday morning if you want a relaxed start to the day.
Excellent rooms with cleanliness, great breakfast too.
The staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially when Booking.com was useless. One of the staff stepped in when I sent a message via my booking.com app and all my problem was solved. I asked at the reception and one of the staff thinks it might have been Jamie who helped.
