Perfect location and a great seaside town hotel, perfectly located for the Opera House / Winter Gardens, and many bars & restaurants. A two minute walk to the beach and pier. Lovely greeting from Robert, who also cooked us a great breakfast! Spotlessly clean. Parking on the road to the side of the hotel, or secure parking for a small charge a few yards away. We were called the day before by Carol, the owner, asking if we would like to check in early. Overall, extremely helpful and accomodating.
The owners were really nice and helpful, the room was beautiful and huge! The beds were very comfortable and the room and en-suite were spotlessly clean

Landlady was very welcoming on arrival, it was a late booking but nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely, clean and fresh, tea and coffee facilities. Large walk in shower, bed was so comfy
