Very clear, responsive and informative communication from the host and the host is very polite too! It's a very nice place and well kept! It was decorated very well and has everything you would need from TV channels, YouTube, Netflix, towels, crockery and cutlery, fridge, washing machine, cooker and hobs. We both slept well! (One on the double bed and me on the sofa bed) My sister enjoyed sitting at the desk in the bedroom watching the planes taking off from Birmingham airport! There are plenty of food deliveries available on Deliveroo and some local places too. Hopefully we'll be back someday to stay again!

The property was absolutely beautiful very bright and clean. Booking allows you to book for 3 adults but this is not the case. This is ok for a couple with a small child. The location is very close for the airport and the NEC. The host was amazing with details and at hand if we had of needed anything. Honestly this is perfect for a couples get away

Overall we had a great experience. We were in town for the Crossroads convention and really enjoyed ourselves. There were plenty of places nearby to eat. We had a lovely meal at a nearby pub. The place was clean and as described in the listing. The host was very accommodating. Even left some milk in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. She met us at the property and was super sweet as she showed us around. Even provided extra accommodations for our adult daughter to make her more comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend and would be happy to come back in the future. Maybe bring some cozy slippers. The place is a little on the cold side especially the bathroom so could do with a heated towel rail or something to heat the bathroom a bit. But that wouldn't stop me from coming back again.

My daughter and I chose this apartment as it is close to the NEC which we were visiting for 2 days. It is modern, clean and very convenient for local amenities, with a pub and restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. The apartment has everything we needed and the lovely landlady even provided some fresh milk, teabags and chocolate biscuits!
