There are many activities close by, including golf, skiing, fishing and stalking. Glenshee and the Lecht, 2 of the 5 Scottish ski resorts, are both approximately 30 miles from the hotel, with the necessary instruction and ski equipment available for rent.

The room was lovely and had a delightful balcony. There was also a comfy4 poster bed.
The food (both dinner and breakfast ) was very good and they looked after my wife’s gluten and dairy intolerance very well
Needed to adjust room, no problem and very good. Food is excellent. They have a good variety and nice selection of options.
Wonderful hosts, delightful couple, excellent restaurant, the place has character, great location for visiting Balmoral Castle, easy parking. Very friendly staff.
