The property was in a great location and having parking was perfect as we could just park up leave the car and walk around the city. The property was very comfortable and it had some nice features

Great communication from Guy. Wasn't sure how it would all work out but received a video of where keys were kept and gate/lock box codes day prior to arriving which were very accurate. I was a lone female arriving in the dark so was a little worried about safety walking around the side of building and accessing the key safe and parking but it was all well lit and felt safe. Would have been good to know I could lock keys back in lockbox on departure and then get out of carpark without fob as held onto keys to ensure exit but wasn't necessary barrier opens on way out without fob. Lock box close so not a big issue. Next door to Granta Pub and Mill House restaurant so easy for socialising and no issue with noise. Side view of millpond but not well seen.

Great location. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Secure free parking is a bonus.
