Staff helpful Good location Excellent food Good value Comfortable bed room just a little outdated

the breakfast offer was excellent and the staff so helpful, evening meals were tasty and well served. The evening specials offer could have been larger. The dining area is dark a feature of an old building but we did eat out in the courtyard which was delightful. I noted there were drawing sheets and colour pencils for the children which were well used. The staff in the bar and dining area were young but so helpful and attentive

The rooms were spotless, I was in a twin room with bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities, towels and shower get provided. Probably the best sleep I've had in a very long time, the mattress was so comfy and the curtain were black out. The food at the bar was good and with it being a Greene king it doesn't break the bank.

Restaurant food was excelent as was the service. Car parking was fine and it was all super clean!
