Staff are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Sharon for making sure my whole family (4 rooms) had a comfortable stay.
The location was excellent....walking distance to a shopping area and many restaurants
The restaurant on site was closed for 2 of our days but we ate there one night and the food was really good.
A night club next to the parking lot. We checked it out and had a blast!
The staff are lovely, the bed is very comfy, the shower terrific. Slept tremendously well.
Loved the accomodation here, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and well equipped. Easy to get to both Glasgow and Edinburgh by car, as well as to New Lanark.
The hotel was easy to find, but the car park was a little harder to find, I would suggest putting it on the booking and website where the car park is.
Beds were comfy and the shower was good!
Went with my husband for a work trip, he was working and I was just chilling. We arrived pretty late and met a lovely warm lady who was filled with smiles and happy to help. Asked for additional tea bags and biscuit the next day and I was given enough to last for the rest of our stay, got fresh towers too on demand as well.
Didn't have breakfast however, the dinner was lovely.
