The room was absolutely fantastic. And comfortable with a bedroom that was very spacious, a beautiful bathroom space, kitchen facilities and a lovely conservatory / living space to relax which was just what I was after. And the lovely little sweet extras were a lovely bonus.

Brilliant location: very central for amenities and also close to the footpaths I needed to for my Pennine walks, Private, self-contained accommodation with its own outdoor area, but comforting to know the host is close to hand if required. Benefiting from a full-size bathroom and small dining conservatory with sofa and tv, as well as the spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed, lovely bedding and a second tv, the roomy apartment has a homely feel. With a full-size fridge in the kitchenette and generous supplies provided by the host, both breakfast and my packed lunches were taken care of. The nearby pub does a fabulous set menu and I'd have been delighted to stay longer than the 4 nights I had allotted!

Emily was the perfect host and the property was immaculate. I'd recommend this stay to anyone wishing to stay in the area!

Huge bedroom with conservatory next door was useful and the bathroom was gorgeous.

Emily the host was lovely. So many lovely extra thoughtful touches. Perfect spot for us to visit places from and great walks liocally Comfy, warm, everything we needed.
