The apartment has very basic requirements for a comfortable stay in Bowness, it is only a 5 minute walk to the main shops, pubs, restaurants & boating piers which service the tourism throughout the local area. The apartment is designed to suit either a couple or single occupancy as the ensuite bathroom is quite compact & all amenities are in close proximity, there is a spare toilet which will benefit a great many couples sharing. The kitchen is only suitable for one person to occupy at any one time, so best to share the tasks daily. The front room is very comfortable & spacious, as the bay window over looks the main road it can often be a bit invasive but as the evening continues this starts to reduce in noise capacity.

The living room was lovely with the view of distant woods. Hairdryer and towels were provided. Heating was fine.

The aparentment is quaint and well kept. The hosts were honestly so friendly and the accomadation in an ideal location. All information is covered. Apartment very well stocked. Great base location for Lake district(wintin an hour of everything). Free parking in select lots all around the lake district(parking is extortionate) I would recommend Nutkins to anyone!

Nutkins is an exceptional property in a prime location in Bowness-on-Windermere. Communication was excellent and ensured I had the best stay. The bed, pillows and duvet were the most comfortable of anywhere I have stayed. Thank you so much. Xx
