Great location for our needs, historic building restored thoughtfully, friendly and helpful staff
Exceptional staff, everyone was kind and friendly. Great breakfast options and a beautiful garden to relax in as well.
Location is also perfect for access to shops and a 5 minute walk to the Newport bus station providing bus service to the whole island.
The location was close to the center of town where you had a bus terminal. The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great location in the heart of Newport. Friendly staff and decent rooms. However, the highlight of the hotel is the breakfast. It's complete and we could choose multiple items such as fruit salad, croissant, yogurt, etc. and one main, such as full English. It was tasty and filling.
Breakfast was really good with many options. For us the location was good as it was central for the bus service.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
