Very comfortable and pretty large apt 307 with Amazing view! Thank you, staff for your great work!
Not right in centre but only a short walk away.
Rooms were lovely and clean.
Did have a slight issue with door but promptly dealt with by Laura, who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.
Excellent location, very clean, friendly staff, nothing to dislike.
The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for two couples visiting Liverpool! Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom space and the common kitchel/living area was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen and washing machine available was a well used luxury. Kelly at reception was very helpful and also gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation (Riva Blu on Castle Street). Parking below the building was very convenient and we didn't even use the car duing our 3 night stay because everything was within easy walking distance.
Location, quality, hospitality. Even the parking slot was good enough.
