Very spacious & good value. Great city centre location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean. We loved the location, very close to the Queens St. train station and central to many sites, restaurants and pubs. The access into the hotel was very secure.

We were three adults so rather than booking two rooms we preffered to book a two bedroom apartment with a sitting room and a kitchen to make it a homely environment. The bedrooms were a little cramped for space but the living room was spacious and the kitchen was adequate with all amenities to prepare our breakfast. The washing machine and dishwasher was a welcome addition. The attached toilet was really small while the other one with the bathtub was great to use. The apartment looked a little tired and is in need of a spruce up but we have no complaints as we just stayed for a couple of nights The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The best part of the apartment was its location, just a short walk from the train station and central to almost everything else. We would definitely stay again considering its price and location

We arrived early and they were able to check our bags so we could shop for necessary things for the next day as the airline did not have our baggage arrive in time. The staff was friendly and the rooms (beds) were comfortable. The location is fantastic and within an easy walk from two ScotRail stations. The views were phenomenal (speaking only to the seventh floor suite we booked. I can't speak for any other rooms). The kitchen had nice amenities of which we really didn't take advantage. They also supplied canned water (still and sparkling) to enjoy when you arrive. The location in Glasgow made it easy to walk to everything we did while in the city. ScotRail passes would have made it just as easy for venues further away.

Very comfortable and roomy. Well appointed. Good location.
