Location is very good. Very quiet flat, no traffic noise whatsoever. Pleasant environment, also near town centre. Private parking at flat entrance very convenient. Kitchen & bathroom facilities are all new, with fresh decoration.
I loved the property, it was a super quiet area about 15 minutes walk to the center, everything was clean
location is absolutely perfect fo the racecourse, just a 15-20 minute walk to be in the stands. Petrol station / local shop on the doorstep. I had an off road parking spot at the front of the house and kept it for the whole visit.
