Host was soooo friendly and helpful. Our flight was cancelled and she helped us out with chargers, takeaway and tea, coffee and water
This is the cleanest hotel I have ever used in my 67 years of travel. The owner can certainly be proud of their establishment. It was within 25 minutes of Heathrow on our day of departure. The owners were very friendly and solicitous about our needs. The garden and grounds were beautiful.
