location was great.. and very near a tesco for shopping.. it was ground floor which i thought would detract but no issue at all. we were 6 people and there were not enough towels or forks but this was all sorted out. there were issues with hot water and heating due to small leak on the radiator circuit.. this was sorted and we kindly offered a small discount for the inconvenience which was appreciated.

The location was great with easy check in and out process. The flat has everything you would need in a short visit. You have a tv, flat, and a good stove. The rooms are so quiet suitable for sleeping and rest after busy days in Edinbrugh. The living room is spacious and cheerful. The flat is equipped with an iron, iron table, baby seat, vaccum.
