Everything you could need in a great location. Clean and comfortable with lovely little extras, tea and coffee, with milk in the fridge on arrival, as well as some delicious madeleines! Would really recommend this place and will definitely stay again.
Josie was a lovely host. Great location - so close to the beach and also a short walk to the train station. The facilities were great. It was very clean, bright and spacious. I would stay here again when visiting Brighton.

gorgeous little studio, felt really homely with everything we needed for the perfect stay! Really comfy bed, close to seafront, would highly recommend it.
