Always stay here when travelling in and out of Heathrow.
Excellent value for money.
Rooms very clean and well appointed - beds so comfortable.
New furnishings with hip vibe. Lobby has big windows and seating areas. The pool, sauna and steam room were nice
Easy access to the freeway by either the shuttle or public bus. Breakfast was yummy and there was a huge selection.
Perfect place to stay before / after your Heathrow flight
The breakfast was a little pricey, but good. The bed was comfortable, and the cleaning staff friendly and flexible if I was busy. The fridge and coffee/teapot was nice to have in the room. Good lighting. Car park adequate. Nice view from the room of the river. Extra table, desk, suitcase table, and upholstered chair in the room, as well as a cupboard to store clothes in. No dresser, but a set of small shelves for socks, underwear. I had a package delivered to the front desk, and they held it for me until later. Loads of towels.
