This property is beautifully located by the River Chelmer in an upmarket development a few minutes walk just outside of Chelmsford city centre. The apartment is in a brand new development with modern furnishings, comfortable beds and sofa. Everything was exquisitely clean with adequate toilet roll etc. The host was very helpful and approachable and a pleasure to deal with. All pictures matched the apartment and was not dated or innacurate. Highly recommended!

Very modern, clean and tidy apartment on the third floor. Superb location, close to town centre but very quiet. Good view, right on the river. Jem met us onsite even though it was at 23.00! After dark, it's tricky to identify the address as there aren't any obvious signs. For some reason, there aren't any toilet roll holders. Odd, but it didn't really bother us.

Jem was an excellent host and the property was exactly as explained. The location was quiet with secured off-road parking. Short walk to town centre and everything needed to cater in-house if required.

The location was pretty much close to everything we needed. Lovely view, apartment was clean but a few things were missing such as dish washing soap, cleaning mobs, and extra waste bin bag. Apart from that, every other thing was good. I can recommend someone to stay there.

The location of this flat was excellent, footpaths along the river straight into the city centre, a short distance so even my 86 year old mother walked to the plentiful places to eat out and the shops. The friendly hosts were immediately there to greet us when we arrived and, when we had a problem with one of the windows, they answered the phone straight away and sent a handyman around within ten minutes. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Considering how near it is to the city centre it was a peaceful spot overlooking the river with lovely views. Secure parking, great TV.
