The location is premium, on the harbour where you can enjoy the changes in tide and the night lights. We had a room with a view and it was fab. Large bedrooms and good facilities. Bar staff is efficient and friendly.
I would spend just a slight bit more for the King Four Post bed and the marina view. I had these and I was transfixed by the changing tides and overall great views.
The room was clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy. I slept like a log and we spent the majority of our time on our beds so the fact that we were comfortable was ideal. Breakfast was filling and freshly cooked. My son had the kippers which made a nice change for him as it's not something usually offered on a breakfast menu. I had the full english as I'm a creature of habit, both of which were just what we needed to set us up for the day and very reasonably priced too. We booked in advance which saved us a couple of pounds but would have happily paid the full price. Christmas day lunch in their sister restaurant was amazing and well worth the price. The staff in both sites were amazing, helpful, polite and courteous.
