Peaceful location, lovely courtyard room with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and excellent evening meal on the day we chose to eat there. It was nice staying next to the bar - we could have a drink in the evening without worrying about who was going to drive. We're not golfers, but learned a bit about the sport while we were there! Also was great to be so close to the Nature Reserve and able to walk around Rutland Water.

Beautiful room with wonderful views.
Superb breakfast - exceptional.
Lovely location. Rooms very spacious. Shame the bar didn't do evening meals but recommened the horse and jockey at nearby village of Manton which was a great find.

Enjoyed breakfast on golf club balcony.
Only negative was a special night away from two small children who wake us up around 5.30 -6am
And the early golfers woke us up around 6am!
