This was a great choice for a few days in Southampton, before a cruise. The emailed instructions were very clear and helpful and we were able to self-check in easily. Note that there are two entrances and the main entrance (with the correct keypad) is to the right. The one-bedroom unit was very large and bright. We had a full kitchen with laundry and appreciated the space to move around. There is a lift with only a few stairs at the entrance to the building. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Fortunately, we brought laundry soap sheets as no detergent was provided. Great to have laundry access, though. We would definitely return if we need a place to stay in Southampton.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable with everything needed to make a snack. In a very convenient location, easy to find and the instructions for entry were very clear.

the room was great, the bed was small, the shower rail was broken , could have done with a table as a good kitchenette but nowhere to sit and eat, needed 1 more pillow each , otherwise a great location and great room

Location and just round the corner for all you need

Good location for cruise ship port. Well equipped and comfortable. Communication with management was good.
