Great location for walking in the lakes. Dog friendly. The views from the apartment of Blencathra were stunning. Will definitely stay again.
Outside of and away from the hustle and bustle of mainland Lake District. Exactly what it was advertised as being, peaceful and tranquil. The place was in a fantastic setting under the mighty Blencathra. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cater for a full weekend away.
Close proximity to Ullswater, Derwent water, pet forendly and little things like washing up liquid, biscuits, milk, toiletries, tea towels and as much kitchenware as at home.
Lovely and clean comfortable and had everything we needed
So cozy and heart warming place .
Easy access to many mountain hikes .
We can’t wait to be back xx
