very nice room walking distance from Town centre shops/restaurants/pubs/seafront
breakfast excellent
very quiet area of Bournmouth but close enough to walk into main centre

The room was spacious and clean. Good bathroom supplies, coffee and biscuits.
Great location just 5 minutes walk away from a lot of restaurants, shops and a few pubs. About 25 minutes walk down to the sea front and town centre. Lots of off road parking. Nice and quiet at night, even though near a main road.
Cannot comment on breakfast as didn't have any.

The beds were the so comfy. The best I have slept in. The room and ensuite were were very clean. Breakfast was excellent, The owners were friendly and welcoming and there was good parking. The location was ideal for us.
