Great cosy flat very nice and clean and great facilities.

The place is great has everything you need and more. Got a nice bathroom and bedroom with a comfey bed has a fan in the living room this is the frst place i have been that provides a fan as been very hot for past week so top makes for that. The TV is big and has great internet speed no drops or anything stable would higley recomend this place as by far the best i have stayed in and i have been in a few places now in lincoln.

There were little extras that really made the difference, bottles of water, lovely biscuits etc. the apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. It was close to the city centre and in a quiet location. Very quiet even though it was on a main road. Bed was comfy and apartment was warm. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

The flat had everything you needed for a short stay. The heating worked once I switched the boiler onto heating. The oven worked well too. Nice to have tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. TV had Netflix and all the other subscribing services you have to use your own sign in to use them. Lots of mirrors in all rooms.

I don't have any complaints. The flat had everything we needed, we wanted something just to sleep in and enough space for a travel cot and it did not disappoint. We used the oven, tv and the bath, all met expectations. It's a budget flat but doesn't feel it. We really enjoyed our stay.
