this is a perfect retreat which has everything you need. You are welcomed with flowers on the table and breakfast basket and fresh fruit. The cooking facilities are brilliant - if you wanted to cook a roast you can do ! I like the quiet surroundings, cosy and warm feel of the property and a very comfy bed.

Perfect location as wanted a quiet wkend away although near enough to walk to the village and local pubs. Really pretty cottage garden that was fenced and so secure for our dogs. Hosts were lovely and friendly but left us to it. Really appreciated fresh milk in the fridge and a bowl of home grown tomatoes. We will definitely book again.

It's a home away from home, only it's much much more relaxing. Very quiet, very peaceful, just what I wanted. Phil and Kay are warm and welcoming, if you need anything they are around even if it's for a little chat. They also allow you the space and don't intrude on your stay, they feel like good neighbours.
