Very comfortable room. A small friendly bar.
The meal in the evening was excellent as was breakfast.
No problem parking a short distance away.
The location was great for our purpose of exploring the Borders. There was a free car park nearby and good choices for meals. We loved the entertainment the first night. Elaine was most helpful with our bags (no lift) and with breakfast and all our questions. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean and tidy. The bar service was great, too.
This place was so peaceful. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating. I felt right at home here. Lots of locals coming in. Very friendly and quaint. I would love to go back.
