Location right next to Picadilly Station. Rooms pleasant and spacious with cooking facilities. Bathroom has new appliances.

Everything! The location was amazing! Staff was incredible and so much right at your fingertips.

We stayed in the Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment for a family holiday (5 people), and overall we were quite satisfied. While it’s not the most luxurious or best place we’ve ever stayed, it met our needs very well.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family. The kitchen had all the essential cooking and dining tools, and the washing machine was a great plus for a multi-day stay. Wi-Fi was fast, AC worked well, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.

Staff: Very accommodating. We arrived early in morning after a long flight with family. They allowed us to check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room!

Location: Central (Piccadilly). Right by a major train station

Room: Nice, modern. All the amenities of an apartment. Central air-conditioning

Clean: Overall, clean. White paint, finishings, so easy to see that it was well-cleaned. However, draw-back is that there was pieces of hair on the bed linen

Gym: Well-furnished gym

TV: UHD. Loaded with channels
