Owner absolute amazing and friendly and knowledgeable. Close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants so we never had to walk or go very far. Absolutely loved it. If your there for surfing defintly try bluewing surfing newquay. Cheap and very good provider next to the property

Dan was amazing. From the minute he welcomed us, to the minute we left he was amazing. Accommodating, helpful and always on hand

We provided our own breakfast which we prepared and ate in a room downstairs. There was a fridge/freezer for guests use, microwave, crockery and cutlery provided. Afterwards we could put our dirty dishes in a box, and it was returned washed and clean.

Rooms are very clean , bed was comdartble , very close to the beach andblocal amenties, was very quiet in there, also dan the owner is very helpfull and freindly
