Lovely property, so clean and great hosts leaving a home baked cake
A big thank you to our kind hosts for a wonderful stay. The annex totally exceeded out expectations. Fantastic location in the heart of Ditcheat (and across the road from the most wonderful pub). The hosts went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and positive as possible - including some very delicious treats on arrival. The accommodation itself had everything you needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful courtyard. Very grateful for their wonderful hospitality. I really hope I get to return one day!
The property is really lovely and homely. Added bonus you fall out the front door into the very friendly local pub. Martin the host is very friendly and chatty as were all the locals we met.

Lovely, bright and clean, host was very nice, helpful and welcoming, and the location was lovely.
When we arrived our host was in the property putting the lights on for us, as we arrived after dark. He was very friendly, and made us feel very welcome.
The lounge, and kitchen were very comfortable. Whole property very clean. The milk and cheese in the fridge were a nice touch. The private patio was also nice.
The racehorses go past the front door at 7.30am and through out the morning, which was a great sight. That was the highlight for me. Its a great place to stay if you are visiting the Paul Nicolls racing yard as we did.
