Great. Check in with duty manager. Friendly staff
The room was a excellent size and the ensuite was ideal. It was comfortable. All the staff were friendly, they made you feel welcome.
The breakfast was ideal, served hot, no problems.
All the areas within the Bath Arms were found to be clean.

I stayed for 4 nights, the location is wonderful, clean rooms, service was great and staff were extremly nice. The restaurant/bar was also great and had a variety of options.
